Imagine coaching as a high stakes game of chess. With each move, I help others navigate their board, but in doing so, I also understand my own game better.
Now, listening may not sound like the most exciting thing in the world, but trust me, it's like having a superpower. Listening helps me understand others better, and weirdly enough, it also makes me understand myself. It's like looking into a funhouse mirror that makes everything clearer, not weirder.

Every coaching session is like setting out on a road trip with a map. I help my clients to map out their destination, but by doing so, I also get to appreciate the scenery on my own journey.
Funny thing about goals, they are as unpredictable as the weather! One day it's sunny and the next it's pouring rain. That's why I've started packing an umbrella, in the form of habits. These habits stick with me through the stormiest weather and always keep me dry.
Coaching to me is like being in an improv performance. I'm listening, asking, waiting for the cue, embracing the silence. It's exhilarating and nerve-wracking, but above all, it's real and genuine.
Coaching isn't a monologue.
It's an exciting, thrilling, and at times, a crazy dialogue.
I love seeing you grow, celebrate your achievements,
and breathe a sigh of relief.
And you know what? I am right there with YOU.
